We or the supplier do not describe or warrant the state, quality, condition or fitness for any purpose of the goods, nor do we warrant that the goods conform to any specification, requirement or customary practice. Our total liability to you or any other third party shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to us.

3) 接地產品的保養（如有）將由供應商提供，並應遵守供應商保養的條款及細則。如果出現故障及製作上的缺陷，你可以在相關供應商的保養期內(購買日期起計一年之內)自費將貨物直接退回我們進行維修或更換（由供應商決定）（受供應商保養條款及細則的約束）。我們不承擔任何與供應商保養有關的責任或風險。Maintenance of the grounding products (if any) will be provided by the supplier and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier's maintenance. In the event of malfunctions and manufacturing defects, you may return the goods directly to us for repair or replacement (at the discretion of the supplier) at your own expense during the relevant supplier's warranty period (that is one year from the purchase date), subject to the supplier's maintenance terms and conditions. We do not assume any responsibility or risk associated with supplier maintenance.

6) 本銷售條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律的管轄和解釋。 閣下同意服從香港特別行政區法院的專屬管轄權。These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7) 我們有權隨時更改此預訂條款及細則，而不作另行事先通知。如有任何爭議，我們保留最終決定權。We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

8) 貨品分配視乎供應決定。我們不保證預訂的人士最終獲得供貨，亦無法保證實際到貨日期。Product allocation is subject to supply decisions. We do not guarantee that those who pre-order will eventually receive the goods, nor can we guarantee the actual arrival date.

9) 只接受香港及澳門收貨地址。Only Hong Kong and Macau delivery addresses are accepted.

10) 當提交訂單後，不可更改任何資料。Once the order is submitted, no changes to any information are allowed.

11) 現階段不會接受自取貨品，貨品將會使用速遞送貨。At this stage, we will not accept self-pickup of goods, and the goods will be delivered by courier.
